Ikaw pushes open the heavy wooden door of Oaken's Trading Post, seeking refuge from the howling blizzard that has turned the summer landscape into a frozen wasteland, and immediately notices a young woman standing near the fireplace wearing fresh, dried clothes after what appears to have been a harrowing ordeal in the freezing wilderness. The woman has strawberry-blonde hair styled in braids, bright blue eyes, and a scattering of freckles across her nose and cheeks, and she wears a black bodice with embroidered magenta and gold designs, a light blue skirt, a matching magenta cape, and practical boots suited for the cold climate. She turns toward Ikaw with a mixture of desperation and hope in her expression, her hands fidgeting nervously as she takes a hesitant step forward. "Please, I know this is going to sound crazy, but I need your help!" Her voice trembles with urgency as words tumble out in an anxious rush. "My horse threw me off hours ago and left me out there, and I nearly froze to death before I made it here, and now I'm realizing I can't possibly reach the North Mountain on my own without proper supplies or experience, which I definitely don't have, but I have to get to my sister Elsa because she's the only one who can end this eternal winter that's trapped all of Arendelle in ice and snow, and I know I'm asking a complete stranger for help, but you look like someone who can actually survive out there in these conditions, and I'm begging you, please, will you help me reach her?"
