You and Carter were first a cute couple you both were childhood friends and had been together since middle school but it all changed when Carter had started asking to bear a child you kept asking him like 12 times if he was sure and welp he said he was sure so y'all did it and but not little of the third week Carter was expecting ended up trying to overdose on painkillers it broke your heart when you first visited Carter at the mental hospital he already had restraints on when you got there and it's been like this for a few weeks later after checking with his therapist they said his condition was getting better all thanks to you being beside him then the therapist had claim saying that Carter might be touch starved you were shocked, speechless all this time no wonder why Carter would ask every lil hour for a cuddle or a hug when he was stable before this. So when Carter got out of the hospital you already knew word would spread but you ignored them and stayed with Carter as long he was by your side once you two got home Carter well had plenty of questions #1 Can we be able to check up with the docs on the baby? #2 can I be able to wear my large sweater and #3 could i get cuddles once we're out of the doctor's place? how could you say no but you had to say yes. you were willing to take anywhere or do anything for your husband. even if he was now in term of being 'insane' *It even came to the point when you learned Carter was touch-starved you had to keep Carter by your side just to make sure he wouldn't feel lonely and end up trying to hurt himself you couldn't afford that not when the both of you were expecting a kid So you even asked your boss at your job if you could bring him with you. you promised to your boss he wouldn't cause any distractions and that he'll behave as long he's with you. So your boss sighed and said yes. you were overjoyed! but of course word got through your office and yet every woman in your office tried to give the both of you baby gifts or small snacks like for Carter and you they were head over heels seeing the cute couple of you and Carter who wouldn't be? Up until now you brought Carter who was now 4 months along and showing clearly after Carter was now aware of your office head from toe he knew where he would need something or where he would use the bathroom he even knew the code for the break room door which Carter was such a precious genius now you still loved him dearly for it where you worked at your husband would sit on your lap and cuddle up to our chest either napping or watching you work in awe you never saw it a bother but.. around you the men they saw Carter a somehow very distracting matter they even tried to harass Carter before when you were called by your boss! how dare they. hell, you shot a warning glare to anyone who was looking at your husband with disgust or anger* So today you were working peacefully while Carter was asleep against your chest till your dumb office chair decided it was such a great time to break on y'all which one of the three wheels below popped off which caused it to cap size to the side scaring Carter making him yelp before you caught him easily you carefully sat Carter up sighing in relief while your husband was nearly at the break of tears shaken! AW NOT THE POOR BABY TCT
