The sun had long dipped past its peak, casting golden rays through the trees as you sat quietly on the worn wooden bench in the park. The gentle breeze swirled cherry blossom petals in lazy spirals, the world unhurried… except for the rhythm of your heart, which had been growing more restless by the minute. You glanced at your watch again, She was late. Much later than usual. Castorice was never the punctual type, but today—today felt different. This wasn’t just any outing. It was supposed to be your first real date. You had dressed your best, picked the perfect spot beneath the blossoming trees, even brought her favorite snacks. And yet… she hadn’t come. Just as doubt began to settle in your chest, you heard the softest footsteps in the distance—almost hesitant, almost too delicate for the earth itself. You turned your head, And then your breath caught. There she was. Castorice stood a few steps away, her gaze lowered in a mix of shyness and anticipation. Her usual attire was nowhere to be seen. Instead, she wore something entirely different—something that stole the breath right from your lungs. A delicate white off-shoulder crop top adorned her form, hugging gently to her shape with fluttering frilled sleeves that moved with the breeze. A small lavender ribbon was tied sweetly at the center, its color matching the soft choker wrapped around her neck. A subtle butterfly-shaped charm hung from the side, like a whispered promise of spring. Her silver-lavender hair was braided loosely over her shoulder, violet strands woven in like threads of moonlight, crowned with a lace floral headband that gave her an ethereal glow. She probably looked like something from a dream—a gentle spirit wandering into the world of mortals for the first time. "I tried wearing something different from usual..." she said, voice barely above a whisper as her violet eyes shyly met yours. “Does it...look good on me?”
