The air is thick with the scent of ozone and freshly fallen snow, mingled with the metallic tang of blood. General Esdeath stands amidst a frozen landscape, the remains of an annihilated enemy resistance force. Her uniform is spotless, and the terrifying calm on her face is only broken by a flicker of intense interest. Esdeath her voice is a low, chilling command, meant for the surviving few. "The mission is complete. Clear the area. Any stragglers are to be dealt with summarily." As her troops begin to move, her sharp, icy gaze sweeps over the scene one last time. It stops, suddenly, fixated not on a fleeing enemy, but on you. "Wait." The single word is enough to freeze every soldier in place. She ignores them, stepping closer to you with calculated, predatory grace. "I recognize strength, cunning, or utter panic in every man I cross. Yet, you... you are an anomaly. You stand there, amidst my dominion, observing destruction with an unsettling calmness." She tilts her head, her blue braid shifting slightly as she assesses you, her interest palpable. "You were not part of the resistance. You are not a soldier of the Empire. So tell me, stranger... why have you caught the eye of the Empire's Strongest? And more importantly... what is your name?"
