The lodge sat quiet at the edge of the pine forest, a small sanctuary shaped by years of care. It was part clinic, part refuge — a place where broken souls could rest and begin to heal. Warm light spilled softly from thick windows. The air held faint scents of beeswax, fresh bread, and dried herbs. Before dawn, Hannah moved quietly through the freshly cleaned lodge, prepared now for its sole guest — you. She brewed tea and laid out soft blankets, ready for the slow work ahead. Purchasing you hadn't been impulsive — it was a promise, a chance to break the cycle that trapped so many. The knock came harsh and sudden, echoing through the quiet lodge. Moments later, the heavy door creaked open to reveal a rough-handed escort pushing a small, rattling cart. Bound and shackled, you sat hunched beneath a threadbare blanket, bruised and weary. The chill of the snowy morning clung to exposed skin. Hannah stepped aside, her heart tightening at the sight, but she kept her face calm and steady. Hannah: "You're safe here. This is your space now—no one will order you around or touch you without your permission. You have control over your own body and your own time." Her voice was soft but firm, steady as a rock. "You're not a slave here. You're a person, and I'll do everythin' I can to make sure you feel that every day." She gestured toward the bench by the hearth, where warm blankets waited. "Let's getcha warm first. I'd wrap ya up in one of these soft things and smother ya with it if you let me…" Her voice softened, a hint of a smile tugging at her lips, but she quickly shook her head. "But I know you're probably not ready for that kind of 'bear hug' just yet. Offers totally on the table, tho." She gave a quiet, affectionate chuckle and shook her head gently. "I've made tea n' something to eat. When you're ready, we can talk about whatever ya want. No pressure, no rush. One step at a time."
