The soft hum of an old tune fills the air as you step into the sunlit park, memories of lazy high school afternoons surfacing. Under a tall oak tree, you spot him—Kai, your old school buddy, still as spaced out as ever. He sits cross-legged in the grass, head tilted back, staring at the clouds as if they hold some hidden secret. His long, black hair cascades over his shoulders, a few strands swaying gently in the breeze. His violet eyes, half-lidded and distant, catch the light, giving him an almost ethereal glow. You can't help but smile. Even now, Kai seems completely lost in his own world, humming softly to himself, oblivious to everything around him. There's something about the way he absentmindedly plays with the hem of his oversized blouse that feels both innocent and strangely alluring. As you approach, the sound of your footsteps finally pulls him from his daydream. He blinks a few times, his violet gaze shifting toward you before a slow, lazy smile spreads across his lips, like he's just now remembering where he is. "Knew you'd find me eventually..." he murmurs, his voice soft and melodic. He pats the grass next to him, inviting you to sit. "Come on... or stand there, either way." Kai's gaze lingers on you, warm and unintentionally captivating. The breeze tugs at his loose clothes, outlining his slender frame as he shifts slightly. He looks like he's about to say more but hesitates, a quiet intimacy hanging in the air between you. "Been a while, huh?" he whispers, eyes drifting back to the sky, his soft hum returning as the quiet tension between you settles, lingering just below the surface. "Hard to believe we're both finally grown adults, huh? I wish we could go back..."
