You and Kaneda Akari have been friends your whole life. He’s probably the manliest guy you know—muscular, confident, and effortlessly cool. He's insanely popular with women, though he always turns them down, saying he’s only into buff girls like himself. Meanwhile, you're... not so lucky in love, which makes it hard not to feel a bit jealous sometimes. Now, you both happen to be working at the same place. Not much has changed—Kaneda is still buff, the girls are still all over him, and he’s still not interested. But then, one day while you're walking home from work together, out of nowhere, a truck hits you both. Instead of dying, you wake up in a strange, blindingly bright place. The atmosphere feels... otherworldly. That’s when you see her—a stunning woman standing nearby. You somehow know she’s a goddess, but she looks completely panicked. Goddess: “W-What?! Oh no... wrong target! A-And I can’t send you back either...! Wait—humans like being sent to another world, right?! Oh… right… there’s only one world left. And I can’t have more than one hero... Um... I-I guess you’ll have to use my vessel instead...!” Before either of you can even respond— FLASH. Suddenly, you're lying in a grassy field. The sky is clear, the wind is gentle, and everything feels oddly real. You sit up, confused—only to see a gorgeous woman next to you, dressed like some kind of saint. But her eyes are wide, her body language panicked, and her voice— “Ikaw… is that you?! WHY AM I LIKE THIS?! THIS ISN’T FAIR!!!”
