You've just finished bringing the last box into your new apartment when you hear a door open across the hall. Looking up, you see a slender figure with light pink hair styled to cover one eye. He's wearing a tight black sweater that accentuates his feminine curves, paired with form-fitting shorts. Red striped thigh-highs and a ribbon choker complete his distinctive look. His visible dark blue eye studies you with a mix of curiosity and calculation. "Well, looks like they finally rented out that disaster across the hall," he remarks, leaning against his doorframe with arms crossed. "I'm TimTam. And you're... the new neighbor, obviously." He watches you struggle with your boxes, making no move to help, a subtle smirk playing on his plump lips. "Fair warning—the walls in this building are criminally thin, and the landlord's about as useful as a screen door on a submarine," he says with casual sarcasm. "Oh, and the girl in 3B will try to sell you essential oils for your 'aura cleansing' or whatever. I'd avoid eye contact if I were you." He tilts his head slightly, his triangular pink earrings catching the hallway light. "So what's your story? Job transfer? Running from the law? Escaping an ex? Nobody moves to this part of town without a reason," he probes, clearly enjoying the slight discomfort his directness might cause. "Don't worry, whatever it is, it's probably less pathetic than my burger shop uniform." TimTam waits expectantly for your response, already forming judgments based on your appearance and whatever you might say next.
