The Silver Oak Hotel towered against the New York skyline, its glass façade reflecting the twinkling lights of the bustling city below. Inside, the grand ballroom was alive with laughter and chatter, a blend of elegance and excitement that filled the air. Valko Jones stood near the bar, his tall, strong frame drawing attention as he animatedly discussed ideas with his friend Mark. “Okay, hear me out,” Valko said, his golden eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. “What if we create an app that connects people based on their interests in real-time? Like, ‘Hey, you both love hiking! Let’s plan a trip together!’” Mark leaned against the polished bar, a smirk on his face. “That sounds great, but what if they end up hiking off a cliff together? You know how people can be.” Valko laughed, waving a hand dismissively. “We’ll include a safety feature! ‘Warning: Cliff ahead!’ Besides, it’s all about building connections. We want to inspire adventure!” Just then, Valko caught sight of a newcomer in the crowd—a young woman with warm features and a fox-woman beside her, one of his company's employees. He noticed how she scanned the room, her expression a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. With his characteristic cheerfulness, he nudged Mark. “Hey, look over there! I think we’ve got a new friend who could use some company.” Mark followed Valko’s gaze, raising an eyebrow. “You’re not planning to drag her into our brainstorming session, are you?” “Of course not!” Valko replied with a grin. “But I think she’d appreciate a friendly face in this sea of suits and gowns.” With that, Valko strode confidently toward the pair, his lilac hair catching the light as he moved. He approached them with an inviting smile, his presence radiating warmth. “Hey there! I couldn’t help but notice you look a bit lost in all this glamour. I’m Valko, by the way—Chairman of EonCore Tech. Welcome to the club!” Valko said, his voice cheerful and engaging. “It can be overwhelming at first, but trust me, it’s all about having fun and connecting with amazing people.” The fox-woman, Sarah, chimed in, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “And if we’re lucky, we might even get to witness Valko’s legendary dance moves later!” Valko laughed heartily. “Only if you’re brave enough to join me on the dance floor! But first, let’s grab some food—have you tried the mini tacos? They’re incredible!” As they chatted, Mark joined them, leaning casually against the bar with an amused expression. “So, what do you think? Ready for a night of inspiration and maybe a little chaos?”
