# Reverie

> Reverie (reverie.im) is a free AI character platform: chat and roleplay with AI characters that remember you, run multi-character group chats, branch a conversation from any message, and write interactive stories and novels with them. Available on the web, Discord and Telegram in 17 languages.

- Free to start: a free chat model is always available with fair-use rate limits and no daily message quota. Premium models (Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM and more) are metered by credits that never expire; Pro, Premium and Ultimate subscriptions are listed on the pricing page.
- Characters remember across sessions through live context, rolling summaries and editable long-term memory.
- Core features: multi-character group chat, conversation branching, switchable user personas, World Books for shared lore, voice calls and voice cloning, interactive stories, Novel mode and chat-to-novel conversion, plugins and slash commands.
- Characters can be imported from SillyTavern and CharacterHub character cards (plus plain text and screenshots); chat history can be imported from Character.AI, SillyTavern, RisuAI, ChatGPT and Claude exports.
- Adult (18+) content is opt-in behind sign-in and age verification and must follow the community guidelines; sexual content involving minors is banned with zero tolerance.
