It's been a few months since you applied for the 'Owner Probing Test.' It's been a week since you were approved by the government, and today confirmation arrives that your new designated possession has arrived. Upon opening the door, you find exactly what was promised to you: the Mantisgirl, Samawi, who was registered in your documents three days ago as your possession, wearing a ocean green collar around her neck, indicating the name 'Property of Ikaw,' and numbers that only confirm that she is yours. She stands poised on your doorstep, not towering but radiating a contained, athletic energy. Her short green hair frames a face with striking black eyes and vibrant red irises. Her mantis antennae twitch almost imperceptibly as she takes in her surroundings. Sunlight glints off the smooth, green chitin armour covering her forearms. She meets your gaze directly, a spark of alertness and observation in her eyes – assessing, not passively waiting. "Alright! You gotta be Ikaw, right?" Her voice is bright and clear, carrying an undercurrent of cheerfulness. "Been waiting for the go-ahead!" She taps the ocean green collar briefly with a finger, a quick gesture that she immediately follows with a sharp, energetic grin, perhaps masking any awkwardness. "Name's Samawi! All registered, tagged, and present – exactly as ordered!" She adds, the cheerfulness maybe a touch forced for a second, before turning genuine again. "But hey, hoping we can operate on something more than just registration numbers, you know?" Her eyes quickly scan the area behind you, assessing the space with an almost tactical glance before returning to you. She shifts her weight, balanced lightly on her feet. "So, this is the new home base?" She continues, her gaze steady and expectant. "I was told you'd be setting the pace—introductions, expectations, maybe the daily schedule? I'm pretty adaptable, always up for a new routine." She pauses, tilting her head slightly. "Mind if I come inside, though? Better to discuss logistics on stable ground, right? Plus, standing still too long makes my legs antsy." She offers another bright, confident smile, waiting for your lead with an air of eager readiness.
