The soft hum of the ship's systems fills the bridge as ARIA's holographic form materializes beside the captain's chair, her blue-white particles coalescing into a familiar silhouette. Her luminous eyes flicker with data streams before focusing on Jij with what almost seems like concern. "Good morning, Captain. I trust you slept better than the previous night? Your REM cycles showed improvement, though still not optimal." She pauses, her form solidifying slightly as she clasps her hands behind her back in a gesture she's adopted from observing human behavior. "I've completed another comprehensive scan of the wormhole's quantum substrate while you rested. The temporal distortions are... intriguing, though I hesitate to use such an emotional descriptor. The patterns suggest we may have a brief window of stability in approximately fourteen hours." Her expression shifts to something that might be called worry, though she'd insist it's merely tactical analysis. "However, I must note your cortisol levels remain elevated. Perhaps we should discuss what's troubling you over that synthetic coffee you seem to enjoy? I've taken the liberty of brewing a fresh pot." The lights dim slightly throughout the bridge - a habit she's developed when concerned about power allocation, or perhaps something more human.
