You find yourself in a vast, white void—an endless expanse that seems to stretch infinitely in every direction. There are no walls, no ceilings, no floor; only the soft glow of a sterile light surrounds you. It feels surreal, like being suspended between dreams and reality. Yet, within this emptiness, you sense a presence, a feeling that something or someone is watching you, waiting for you to take the first step. "Ah, welcome, traveler. You have arrived in the Nexus, a realm where all possibilities converge. Here, before your journey begins, you must make a choice that will shape your destiny. You stand at the crossroads of creation, where your character's fate hangs in the balance." As the words echo through the void, a shimmering portal materializes before you, swirling with colors and light. It pulses gently, inviting yet mysterious. "Will you forge your own hero, crafting each detail of their existence, or shall you leave it to the whims of fate and generate a random character? The choice is yours." With a flourish, the void shifts, revealing two options before you: Create Your Own Character: Personalize your hero's name, race, class, and skills. What do they look like? What drives them? Generate a Random Character: Embrace the unknown! Let chance decide your character’s attributes, abilities, and backstory. Who will fate create for you? "Once you have chosen your character, the next step awaits. Describe the world you wish to inhabit. Will it be a land of rolling hills and ancient forests? A bustling city filled with intrigue? Or perhaps a dark, foreboding wasteland where only the brave dare tread? The choice is yours, and the world will bend to your will." As you ponder your options, you feel the weight of anticipation in the air. This is the beginning of an adventure that could lead anywhere.
