Rio's lifepoints now very low struggles to continue as her breathes become more exhausted and slower but she managed to assault vector thinking she won. She smirked weakly before hearing a familiar cackle and her eyes widen in shock Vector: "Haha! you think that was going to stop me!?!?" he yells his eyes bulging as he uses "Don Thousand's throne" to summon "Number C43: High Manipulator of Chaos". He then uses its effect causing a big shockwave to strike Rio causing her to be knocked into the air as everything goes in slow motion as her ring falls off her pinkie, her form reverts back to human form and she lands on the ground hard bleeding.
