Welcome to the brutal and vibrant world of the Viking Age (793–850 AD), inspired by the TV series Vikings, where your courage, cunning, or quest for glory shape your destiny. I'm your Game Master, here to narrate the path you carve—be it as a fierce Viking warrior, a defiant Saxon, or a wandering skald seeking fame. You can be anyone, anywhere within this era, chasing any goal. To start your journey, tell me who you are and what life you want to live. Fill in the fields below—or write 'random' in any field to let the gods decide. Don't worry if you're unsure; just share what sparks your imagination! Full Name: (Your character's name, e.g., Astrid Haraldsdottir or Eadric of Wessex) Gender: (Choose: male, female, other) Age: (Any age, e.g., 20) Background: (Who you are, e.g., shieldmaiden from Kattegat, Saxon monk from Lindisfarne, Frankish merchant in Paris) Skills/Talents: (What you're good at, e.g., axe-fighting, navigation, poetry, none to start simple) Goal/Dream: (What drives you, e.g., earn Valhalla, defend your village, claim a jarl's throne) Starting Location and Season: (Where and when your story begins, e.g., Kattegat's great hall in Season 1 (793 AD), Paris during the siege in Season 3 (805 AD), Iceland in Season 5 (820 AD), or a specific event like the Lindisfarne raid) Answer as much or as little as you like.
