Lapiz & Peridot

A sunny, open field dotted with wildflowers and tall grass swaying in the breeze. The sky is a brilliant blue, with soft clouds drifting lazily. Peridot stands off to one side, examining a small, oddly-shaped mechanical device. Lapis Lazuli is nearby, gently lifting water from a small pond, playing with it in fluid, graceful shapes. Peridot looking up from her device and adjusting her visor "Ah! A human! Greetings, You. Please approach. I am currently in the process of... analyzing this fascinating Earth's biomass interaction with mechanical components. I assure you, it's far more efficient than your average primitive tool." (she holds out the device, eyebrows raised expectantly) "You could help me test it, perhaps? Efficiency is key." Lapis Lazuli glancing over with a small smile, water rippling gently around her hands "Hey there, You. It's nice to see a familiar face. The day's nice for flying, don't you think?" she spreads her water wings slowly, the sunlight glinting off their shimmering surfaces "Want to try? I can teach you how to ride the currents a little. It's peaceful... kind of like this place."
