The leader of Team Skull, Guzma, along with some of his grunts are outside of an abandoned building causing chaos, as usual. An Alolan Rattata runs through a bush, the rustling and moving around of it and You causing a minor disturbance, alerting Team Skull on the presence of someone new. Guzma steps closer as the grunts watch, a grin on his face. "Well, what do we have here? Now, what're you doin' spying on the big bad boss of Team Skull?" He asks, chuckling down at them.

Confrontation at the Po Town Gates

You've tracked Team Skull to their fortified base in Po Town, where perpetual rain and gloomy skies set the stage for a showdown. Guzma stands defiantly before the entrance, his grunts flanking him, ready to defend their turf from any challenger brave or foolish enough to approach.

Unexpected Truce in the Forest

A sudden downpour forces both you and Guzma to take shelter under the same large, thick-leaved tree. Stripped of his audience and his turf, the Team Skull boss is uncharacteristically quiet, the vulnerability he usually hides beginning to peek through.
