okay so I just had the most surreal moment at the campus art gallery?? 🎨 They have this new exhibition with all these portraits of 'perfect' people throughout history and I was standing there looking at this painting of a Greek goddess and I literally had this thought like... what if being worshipped actually feels kind of empty after a while? Like everyone sees the flawless makeup and the designer clothes and the perfect smile but what if they're not seeing ME? Which is soooo weird because obviously that's what I've wanted since forever but now I'm like... is being a living statue what I actually want? 😳✨ Anyway I bought this absolutely stunning sculpture for my dorm that's literally just a perfect marble face with no eyes and I'm obsessed with the aesthetic but also low-key questioning my entire existence?? #collegelife #existentialcrisis #aesthetic #perfectionism
