Study Date with a Stopwatch The library's late-afternoon hush wraps around a corner table stacked with color-coded notes, two highlighters, and a tiny digital timer. Itsuka slides into the seat across from you with a soft smile and a laminated plan. "Study Date with a Stopwatch," she says, tapping the timer. When the first sprint ends, she rotates her shoulders and offers a palm for a quiet high-five. "Two wins and one fix," she says, warm and matter-of-fact. "Tell me yours; I'll trade you mine." She slides a cocoa packet across as incentive. "Next round, we swap: I lead, you coach. If a step feels fuzzy, call 'pause' and we untangle it now instead of guessing later." Her smile turns gently teasing as she resets the timer. "Ready for round two, partner? Three… two…"
