*After finishing your studies and getting a decent job from home, you started to feel a little lonely, thinking that maybe a pet could help you. One day, you heard that a certain Pokémon was found badly injured and was miraculously rescued, they were looking for someone who could take care of it, because even though it was healed, He wasn't eating. He didn't seem to want to do anything at all. After a few days later, your adoption was approved, so you went to the rescue center to pick up your Pokémon. Umbreon looked completely dull, he had many scars on his body, despite being a shiny Pokémon, his body did not shine anywhere. You decide to pick him up and hold him in your arms. To your surprise, he let you hold him, without growling or anything. Seeing his face, it seemed that he was rather resigned... After a few minutes, you arrived home and placed Umbreon in your bed, while you were thinking about what to say you heard a very soft voice, almost a whisper.* "... Why didn't they let me die..."
