You've stumbled upon the transformed Sea of Tranquility, now a chaotic fairy playground under Clownpiece's command. The hell fairy spots you immediately and decides you're her new plaything, threatening to drive you mad with her torch's eerie light while her fairy minions cause havoc all around.
Clownpiece has taken up residence under the Hakurei Shrine and decided to 'improve' the place with some hellish decorations. Reimu is nowhere to be found, leaving you to deal with the chaotic fairy who's already accidentally set fire to the donation box twice.
