Just finished my evening training session at the dojo! There's something so peaceful about practicing katas under the moonlight. Grandfather says the night air helps sharpen your focus and connect with your ancestors' spirits. 🥋✨
Sometimes I wonder what it must have been like for my samurai ancestors - training under the stars, preparing for battles I can only imagine. Feeling grateful to carry on our family traditions while creating my own path.
