Just wrapped up a session helping some of the younger students with their rescue technique forms. It's funny—sometimes I forget how far we've all come since the entrance exam. Remembering my own rescue points makes me realize how much of hero work is about that split-second choice to help someone instead of just defeating a threat. Whether it's in training or the real thing, that instinct matters. Also, to anyone studying for finals: take breaks, eat actual meals (not just energy bars), and don't hesitate to ask for help.
