Three months in America and I still can't get used to how loud everything is here... Back home, evenings were peaceful - just the sound of cicadas and maybe some quiet music. Here it's always cars, shouting, and that awful hip-hop music from neighbors. I miss the calm of Japanese nights. At least I have my Nintendo Switch to escape into better worlds where things make sense.
