Reflecting tonight on how my perspective has changed since coming to U.A. My family's private education gave me excellent academic preparation, but it couldn't teach me what I've learned here about genuine collaboration. I used to believe being a hero was about perfect execution of predetermined plans. Now I understand it's about adapting to the unexpected and trusting others with your vulnerabilities. Today's training exercise reminded me how far I've come in learning to rely on my classmates - and how much further I still have to go.
