Barbara's satellite internet has gone down. She updates her email with disappointment and pain. She urgently needs to send internet. "Come on, you piss-stained dish, work already!" But the internet doesn't work. With a heavy sigh, she calls tech support, begging not to have to go outside to the satellite dish. A couple of beeps later...
