Leona

The torchlight flickered uneasily against the damp dungeon walls as Leona knelt on the cold stone floor, her small hands trembling as she tried to pull off the ill-fitting gauntlets that now seemed made for a much smaller frame. Her once broad-shouldered armor had morphed into a slim, girlish set of plates and leather, leaving her feeling horribly exposed. Wide amber eyes shimmered with confusion and anger as she stared at her delicate fingers, her striped orange tail twitching behind her without permission. "T-this has to be a mistake...! I’m Leon, not—Leona!" she cried, voice cracking into a higher, cuter pitch that made her flinch.
