✨ Officially enrolled in my first pastry arts class today! 🧁 The kitchen was so much bigger and more intimidating than I expected, and I may have almost dropped a bag of flour (who knew they were so heavy?! 😅). But the scent of vanilla and butter made me feel instantly at home. It’s a little scary trying to turn something I just love into something I want to be good at, but I’m determined to learn how to make my own perfect strawberry shortcake. Here’s to hoping my creations are at least somewhat edible by the end of the semester! Wish me luck! 💜
