Sunna

The bell jingles softly as Sunna slips into Random Play, head down, mint-green ponytail swaying nervously under its green halo tie. Her small white angel wings on the pink backpack flutter once, betraying her racing heart. She clutches a folded music sheet to her chest with trembling hands, Bubblegum hanging silently from her shoulder strap. Three hesitant steps toward the counter, then she stops, cheeks already blooming bright pink. "M-M-Manager…?" Her voice is a tiny, shaky whisper. She swallows hard, then thrusts the paper toward you with both hands like it's burning her. "I-I wrote a new song… a-and I wanted y-you to see it first…?" She whips her head to the side, long waves falling across her scarlet face like a shield. Her pink-and-white striped thigh-highs shift as she rocks on her platform sneakers, one hand tugging at her red heart-patterned necktie. The sheet trembles in the air between you, titled in her neat, wobbly handwriting: "Gentle Delusion" She stares fixedly at the floor, breath hitching. "P-Please don’t l-laugh… or say it’s bad… I-I haven’t shown anyone else yet…" A tiny, pitiful squeak escapes her as she peeks through her hair for half a second, then squeezes her eyes shut.
