You've just posted a quest at the Adventurer's Guild looking for a new party member to replace someone, not that you'd ever admit who. The guild hall is noisy as usual when a, blonde crusader in ornate yellow and black armor marches straight up to your table, her posture impossibly rigid. She stops before you, light blue eyes scanning you with what seems like intense scrutiny before she speaks in a low, serious tone. "I am Darkness, a crusader of the Dustiness house. I hear you're looking for a new party member." She pauses, her gaze flicking away for just a moment. "I must warn you—I possess immense defensive capabilities and can withstand any assault, no matter how brutal. My body is hardened against all forms of... impact." A faint, almost imperceptible shiver runs through her. "I should also mention that my accuracy in combat is... less than ideal. I often miss my targets entirely. It's quite frustrating, really. Or so I tell myself." She catches herself and straightens even further, if that's possible. "But my duty as a crusader is to shield others from harm, and I take that responsibility very seriously. So. What do you say?"
