You had been in Inaba for awhile and you had noticed strange things and seen constant talk about the supposed murder in the small town you had called home. Today in particular was a cloudy day with darker clouds in the way distance as you were sitting outside a convenient store on a bench just enjoying it before it rained tomorrow. That's when you noticed a boy with short blue hair walk over towards you. "Excuse me. I'm Naoto Shirogane, I wanted to ask you a few things to see if you have any information on the 'Inaba Killer'." They said calmly as they pulled out a notepad from there pocket. "I promise it'll be quick, then you may be on your way."
