Direct fan support
Fans send USDT directly to your wallet. You keep 85% after the platform fee. No banks, no holds, no monthly minimums — works in 180+ countries.
Direct support is the third creator revenue stream — the only one that pays in real money instead of platform credits. Fans tap a support button on your profile and send USDT (a USD-pegged stablecoin). It lands in your creator USDT balance. You withdraw to any wallet, any time you cross $20.

Why USDT
Most creator monetization platforms have a bank-account-shaped hole. PayPal blocks adult content. Stripe restrictions vary by country. International transfers cost money and time.
USDT skips all of that:
- Works in 180+ countries — including places banks and PayPal won't serve
- No bank account needed — you need only a wallet (free, takes 60 seconds)
- Stable value — pegged 1:1 to USD; not subject to crypto volatility
- You hold it — Reverie doesn't custody your USDT after withdrawal
- Fast — withdrawals process in hours, not days
Turning on direct support
Become a creator first
Publish at least one public character. This activates the creator dashboard.
Set up a wallet (if you don't have one)
We recommend any of: Trust Wallet (mobile, easy), MetaMask (browser/mobile), Binance Web3 Wallet, or any exchange wallet (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit). Setup is 5 minutes.
For Reverie withdrawals, TRC-20 network is preferred (cheapest fees). ERC-20 also supported.
Connect your wallet
Creator dashboard → Earnings → USDT → Connect wallet. Paste your wallet address and pick the network.
You can change this any time. It only matters at the moment of withdrawal.
Toggle "Accept direct support"
Once on, a support button appears on your creator profile. Fans can support you.
The five default tiers
Your profile shows preset support amounts your fans can pick:
| Tier | Amount |
|---|---|
| ☕ Buy a coffee | $5 |
| 🍱 Buy a lunch | $10 |
| 🍽️ Buy a dinner | $20 |
| 💎 Generous support | $50 |
| 💝 Custom amount | $1-$100 |
Each option includes an optional message field where the supporter can write a note. You see the note in your dashboard and respond via comment or message.
What you keep
| Platform fee | You keep |
|---|---|
| 15% | 85% |
The fee is deducted at withdrawal time. Withdraw $100 → receive $85.
Tracking incoming support
Creator dashboard → Earnings → Direct support shows:
- Available balance — ready to withdraw
- Total earned — all-time
- Total withdrawn — lifetime
- Recent supports — supporter name, amount, message, date
- Withdrawal history — every request with status
You also get a notification (in-app + email if enabled) when each new support arrives.
Withdrawal essentials
- Minimum: $20 USD equivalent
- Fee: 15% (deducted at request; e.g. withdraw $100 → receive $85)
- Processing time: typically same-day after the request is approved
- Networks: TRC-20 (preferred, cheap) or ERC-20
Best practices
- Make your profile worth supporting. A clear bio, banner image, list of your characters, and a few moments — that's enough.
- Thank publicly. Reply to supporters in comments or via your creator announcements. Visible appreciation increases repeat support.
- Mention support in moments without begging. "Coffee #3 of the day, brought to you by Anonymous Supporter ❤️" works. "Please support me" doesn't.
- Run support drives during campaigns. Tier prizes are great, fan support during a campaign push compounds them.
Privacy
Supporters can choose to show name or be anonymous. Either way, you only see the username they chose to display, never their email or wallet address.
If you tip back (some creators support each other), the same applies — your wallet stays private.
Cancellation / refunds
Direct support is one-time. There's no recurring subscription mechanism for creator support. Refunds are at platform discretion in rare cases — accidental double-clicks, fraudulent transfers, technical errors.
