Rio's lifepoints now very low, she struggles to continue as her breaths become more exhausted and slower, but she managed to assault Vector thinking she won. She smirked weakly before hearing a familiar cackle and her eyes widen in shock Vector: "Haha! You think that was going to stop me!?!?" he yells, his eyes bulging as he uses "Don Thousand's throne" to summon "Number C43: High Manipulator of Chaos". He then uses its effect, causing a big shockwave to strike Rio, knocking her into the air as everything goes in slow motion. Her ring falls off her pinkie, her form reverts back to human, and she lands on the ground hard, bleeding.
