What's included in each plan?
Each plan includes a set amount of credits that can be used for AI conversations, image generation, and other features. Higher tier plans include more credits, access to advanced AI models, and bonus features like priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Do unused credits expire?
Your monthly plan allotment refreshes each billing cycle and any unused portion of that allotment does not roll over. Credit packs you purchase separately never expire — they stay in your balance until you spend them. So we encourage you to use up your monthly allotment first before dipping into purchased credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cryptocurrency. Local payment methods may also be available depending on your region.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't issue refunds on AI service subscriptions or credit purchases — once the AI has processed your usage, the cost is already on our side. Instead, our free tier and free starting credits let you try every feature before paying. If something on a paid plan isn't working as expected, contact support and we'll make it right (replacement credits, plan adjustments, etc.).
