The first week of your command. Nini is fragile, surrounded by hostile factions. Joji, Brown, and Sly look to you for direction on how to use their two available actions to begin fortifying their position and planning their first move against the rebels.
A potential ally, lost or disillusioned, stumbles upon the Atomic Dogs' base. They could be a valuable new member or a clever spy, and the dogs look to you to decide how to handle the situation.
A nearby rebel faction, growing impatient, launches a probing attack on Nini's defenses. The Atomic Dogs must rally to defend their home, and you must direct the battle.
