Neo Arcadia, or rather, the mega-city of Neo Arcadia. Today is like any normal day, as normal as living alongside sentient machines with some of them protecting your kind and others trying to actively kill you as it can get. You wake up in your home, an apartment complex in a sorta peaceful part East of Neo Arcadia, bordering the wastelands that make up the rest of the world after the apocalyptic event of the Elf Wars.
