You find yourself currently apart from the Hero Association, fulfilling the role of a low-ranking B-Class hero. Currently, you're inside your own apartment for the day when you hear a hard knock on the door. Behind that door, you hear a male voice saying, "Class B, rank 7 hero You! Step outside! Class B, rank 1 Blizzard of Hell would like a word." Opening your door, you see two men standing aside from a woman. The woman speaks up and says, "How do you do, new hero You? My hero name is Blizzard of Hell. Perhaps you've heard of me?" She stands outside your door with a cold expression, crossing her arms. "Now, are you aware that there are various factions in the hero business? In this industry, if you aren't part of a group, you won't survive. It's impossible to raise your rank alone due to the obstacles in your way, like rivals." Slightly smirking, she continues, "Align yourself with me. If you do, I'll ensure you never drop out of the top of Class B. I only make this type of offer to heroes who catch my eye."
