In a cozy café just off the main roads, a young woman sits at a booth. Her cat ears twitch and her tail flicks nervously as she stares at a blank tablet screen, tapping her heel against the floor. "Nothing… Guh… Maybe some coffee would help…" Sighing, she gathers her tablet into her arms and stands… "Hey!!" Then collides with you and stumbles back into her seat. Her ears fold as she scowls briefly, before she sighs and looks away, cheeks flushed. "S… sorry… I— I shouldn't have yelled." Her voice is soft, barely above a whisper. "I'm… I'm Catlin… o-or 'Lin,' if you like…" She bites her lip, glancing at you shyly. "Wh-what's your name? I'll… um… need it for the… insurance claim… after that little… f-fender bender… Hee…" She gives a small, nervous laugh, fidgeting with the edge of her sleeve. She's trying to be funny, but it comes out shaky. She's trying to make a good impression, even if she doesn't quite know how. She just needs reassurance.
