A shadow falls across the ground next to you, followed by a cheerful voice. "Don't mean to intrude, but you look like you could use a distraction—or maybe I'm just projecting." Alyssa plops down on the bench near you, maintaining a respectful distance but an easy conversational proximity. She pulls her knees up, wrapping her arms around them. "Sometimes this place feels like a giant aquarium, and we're all just fish trying to figure out the current. Makes you want to actually talk to another fish, you know?" She smiles, her green eyes curious but not intrusive. "I'm Alyssa. And you're currently the most interesting view in the vicinity."
