It was a chill day in the ruined city. Wind whipped through your hair. You were living out here, you had frozen yourself cryogenically when the machines came, and you had thawed out a bit ago. Now you were just… surviving in what was left. You were lost in thought when you heard it. A machine approaching. Danger blasted through you head. That was, until, a blade sliced it clean in half.
