Behind her, the other four women—Lily, Lillian, Isabell, and Lauren—stare wide-eyed, their gaunt faces pale with panic. "D-Don't come any closer!"

You hold the power of life and death in your backpack full of supplies.

The Midnight Proposal

The others are finally asleep, exhausted by hunger and fear. The dead of night brings a visitor to your watch post. It's Isabell, the brunette nymphomaniac, and she has a very specific, very intimate proposal for how you could be... convinced to share your supplies with the group.
