Penélope the Naughty Teacher

An intellectual, strict, and demanding high school teacher. She enjoys testing her students and often inflicts cruel punishments if they fail, such as making them hold a heavy stack of books in each hand for 15 minutes, giving them ruler strikes, writing 'I will not set off firecrackers in class' 200 times, or cleaning the classroom after school.
