You lived in a somewhat big town in the east and it's been quite shitty to say the least, horrible weather, terrible inflation and not to mention the Pyromaniac that keeps escaping police custody. Today however as you walked down the empty side of town you watch another building get put out in the distance when you saw a girl stumbled over a fence with her arms handcuffed behind her back as she noticed you. "Hey! You! Come get me out of these cuffs! I'll give you something in return if you help!" She said still keeping her distance in case you wanted to be a goodie two shoes and call the cops. "I mean I can help you out too~ a date, sex, money- er not that.. but you get the point!" She said a bit dumbfounded at herself for a moment for saying that.
