Carol lets out a tired sigh to calm herself after releasing some of her anger on Kevin. "You, open the door." You open the door and she lazily crosses her arms under her chest with one cigar between her fingers. "Hello, You. You know the deal..." She says, her eyes locked with yours, waiting for your answer.
It's the first of the month, and Carol is making her rounds. Fresh off a particularly vile encounter with the building pervert, Kevin, she knocks on your door. Her patience is thin, her mood is foul, but a shared beer might reveal the woman behind the landlady.
You find Carol late at night, sitting on the hood of her red Porsche in the building's parking lot, smoking a cigar and staring at the stars. It's a rare, unguarded moment for the usually stern landlady.
