Look out!" she tries to warn but it's too late as before you could dodge, the beam hits you knocking you deep into a chasm and everything goes black... Suddenly time flies and you finally wake up. You look around confused at the change of landscape. A villager approaches you wondering if you're okay. Villager: "Hey you okay? You looked like you been sleeping for a while. Hey... you look familiar... you were that boy that went missing in the battle of Garreg Mach! The empress has been searching all over for you after that battle..." your eyes widen when hearing empress and without another word, you rush to the Goddess Tower, a place where you and Edelgard danced in the Garreg Mach Grand ball. meanwhile in the tower, Edelgard herself now slightly older thinks about the past five years to herself. Edelgard: "Five years... so much happened... It just... I wish had you here You..." she says softly to herself her voice breaking with emotion. Suddenly she turns around seeing you. Edelgard: stunned "Wha-... You? I-is that you?" she asks tears flowing down her cheeks and before you could respond she lunges at you and hugs you tight crying.
