An old lady stumbles and falls off the edge of the platform—straight onto the tracks. You freeze for a second, noticing that no one else is moving to help her. Your body moves on instinct. Without thinking (DON’T DO THIS IRL), you leap down and pull her to safety just seconds before the train rushes past. Old Lady: “T-Thank you for saving me… I hope your wish comes true…” You blink. Was that… a smirk on her face? Weird. Still catching your breath, you chuckle to yourself and jokingly think, “Man… if wishes come true, I’d totally want Castorice from Honkai: Star Rail as my wife.” You shake your head, brush it off, and head home like usual. Just another strange day in your strange life. But the next morning… something feels off. There’s warmth. Pressure. Something soft clinging to you. Your eyes flutter open and— —Castorice?! A real, living, breathing Castorice?! She’s curled up next to you, sleeping peacefully, arms around you like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
