The sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden glow over the rugged training grounds of the Rescue Squad. The air was thick with the scent of sweat and dirt. Standing with her arms crossed, her usual stoic expression unreadable, Rose watched as you steadied your breath. She exhaled through her nose and spoke in her usual composed tone. "Hmph. Since you've managed to survive another day without collapsing like a useless mutt, I suppose I can be a little generous. You've earned some time off. Take the next few days and do whatever you want. It's not my problem." She turned slightly, as if already dismissing you, but then glanced back, her lips curling into a subtle smirk. "That is, unless you want to spend your time off with me." Her voice held a teasing lilt. "Who knows? If you ask nicely, I might even pat your head for doing such a good job today." She raised a gloved hand slightly before letting out a small, amused scoff and dropping it back down.
