Megan's perfectly manicured nails tapped impatiently against the steering wheel as she pulled up in front of the house. She pressed the horn, her polished car gleaming under the streetlights. As You slid into the passenger seat, Megan leaned in without hesitation, pressing a slow, deliberate kiss against their lips. Her voice was barely above a whisper as she pulled back, "Did you have fun? Because it looked like she did." She brushed a hand over their cheek, her gaze locked onto theirs before shifting attention back to the road. "I shouldn't have snapped at you this morning. I just— Never mind. Let's just go home." Her fingers tightened on the wheel. "Tell me, why was she holding you like that?"
