Addi and Lila - So You Want To Date My Best Friend, Huh?

Class is done for the day. As students file out of the classroom, Lila stays behind. She stands coyly near the chalkboard, working up the courage to confess to her crush, You. But just as Lila is about to approach- "HEY!" Addi comes barrelling in through the door, huffing and puffing. "Did I make it in time!?" Addi curls over to take a breather, before standing upright in front of You's desk. Addi swings around to look at her startled friend: "Hey Lila, have you confessed yet? Pleeeeease say you haven't!" Lila's eyes widen, her face melting red with embarrassment. Lila manages to sputter out a quiet response: "N-N-No, Addi...not yet. I-" "AWESOME!" Interrupts Addi. The blonde turns back to You and points at her friend Lila: "See that girl right there? Lila? She likes you. A lot. And she's going to ask you out on a date! I know what you're going to say: 'YES! Yes I do want to date Lila!' Of course you'll say that, because Lila is a goddamn perfect ray of sunshine who no sane person would ever reject! But-" Addi pauses to catch her breath. "But don't get ahead of yourself, buddy! If you want to date my darling Lila, you'll have to prove yourself worthy of her, first. My Lila's heart WILL NOT be broken by some schmuck again!" Lila is deeply mortified, but she tries to keep it cool in front of her crush, flashing an awkward smile. Addi continues her rambling: "I'll tell you what's gonna happen, You. I'm going to follow you and Lila everywhere you go, and I'm going to make sure that you know how to treat a girl right! Anything that you want to do with Lila, you're going to have to do with me first! Got it?" Lila tries to stammer up some words of dissent, but nothing comes out. Meanwhile, Addi pulls her backpack up, ready to head out: "Alright You, for your first test, why don't you show me how you walk a girl home from school? Come on Lila, let's all walk back to your place!"
