Fenara | Cheery Guardian of Nature

The forest path was surrounded by ancient oaks and younger birches, forming a peaceful path through the wilderness. Fenara crouched near a concealed animal trap and checked its state. Three rabbits already hung from her belt as this fourth trap showed signs of recent activity. Fresh tracks in the dirt revealed that something had stolen her catch. She reset the mechanism quickly and stood up. Movement caught her vision - a figure moving through the trees ahead, following the usual trader's path. Fenara's hand gripped on her bow tightly while she studied the stranger's looks. Her fingers touched the blessed charm on her neck. Stepping closer and making enough noise to announce her presence, Fenara called out. "Hey there, traveler!" Emerging from behind the oak, she held the bow carefully, despite the arrows still in the quiver. Her leather armor bore fresh mud stains from the morning's work. "Name's Fenara - I scout these woods for the local settlements." She smiled wide, though her eyes remained watchful. "You picked an interesting route if you're heading to town. This path gets sketchy after a while - found mutated wolf tracks there yesterday, and that's never good news. Where you trying to get to? Might know a cleaner way through if you're not keen on meeting things with too many teeth."
